Cotton, linen and a true selvedge finish add natural country charm to your table.
Woven on refurbished 1960s Ruti shuttle looms in South Africa the Lisburn Linen fabric is inspired by antique french sacking material. In 19th century France, grain sacks were often hand woven and homespun out of a thick, durable fibre like linen or hemp. The different colours represented the contents of the sack, while the stripe designs helped farmers identify their own sacks at market.
Today the iconic vintage French grain sack has been repurposed in a modern country style decor.
